Description:
Take the 2-stage cable car from Chantemerle to the summit of Serre Chevalier (details below) for the top of the lift turn left and head down to the Col de la Ricelle, and then up a bit until the path splits near a ski drag lift, take the left path under the face, as you walk along the path the Facile is on the right, as the rock gets steeper, the route rises scrambling up to a steeper wall with lots of staples, this leads to a ledge that the traverse’s left across the crag, beware there is some loose rock on the ledge in places it is steep and sometimes uses staples, then an slab finish,
the views for the top are magnificent.
Descent, follow the cairns leftwards to the high point and a path leads around and down, to where the path splits at the ski tow, it is steep in places, it is passable to do a very nice walk all the way down to Chantemerle, the map is 3536 OT Briançon or ask in the tourist office.
