How to use the via ferrata guide's

Description:

This was the first via ferrata in France created in 1988.   The route starts by gaining height and traversing using a mix of rock and rungs, it then drops back down to a ledge with the option to escape here. It continues heading up and right, the next section climbs and traverses up to a big cave with a tight exit, followed by the final slabs.  The rungs can be a bit spaced and some of the down climbing can feel hard.

Decent. From the top follow the path away from the crag and right until you come to a signed path that descends.   Follow this path down and across the cliff (it can be exposed in places), signs lead you back to the start and then the parking.
