How to use the via ferrata guide's

Description:

Nestled in the huge durance gorge are a series of via ferratas with something for everyone.  There is a fee to access these routes, around 7€ and it is well worth the money.

This is a well set up venue, there is a reception area where you sign in, you can hire via ferrata equipment, and be show how to fit it and how it works (great for those who are new to via ferrata or need a recap).

Description.

There are two ways to access the red route, the first is to do the green route as a warm up, as this leads to it.  The second is to walk around (approx.10 mins), follow the signs up the sloping path, past a cabin, then down past the end of the green route. Follow the cable leading down to the start next to the river.  From there the red route heads straight up (Black goes left) you climb the rungs and tackle the tricky hanging corner, after which a series of faces and caves lead you up to the finish near the hydro-electric pipe.
