White water rafting is an amazing way to experience the rush of white water, and the Hautes Alpes is one of the best places to do this. It is the white water capital of France, with guaranteed water from the winters snow melt, and grades that suit everyone from families to adventure junkies there is somthing for you.

You need to be able to swim 50 meters and dunk your head under water.
