How to use the ski touring guides

Description:

Park in the village, and follow the road up to a T junction, head west on a footpath that leads you through a small path in a big gully.  Once out of the gully head south to the Pre Meyer and meet the main forest road.  As the forest road bends west you break off and head north to the Cabane de Baoude.

From there head north west and climb steeply  to reach the ridge just to the left of an obvious craggy tooth,  once on the ridge head north, you should quickly come to the east face.

Descent:

Ski the face and head down into the trees, there are some great open spots in the trees to ski, keep heading down until you meet the main forest road again.  Then turn north, and follow this road, when it splits take the downhill (right road) and you can either follow it all the way back to Villargaudin, or cut across some fields to miss out the big loop.
